How We Respond

Initial inquiries receive a preliminary assessment within three business days. For complex projects, we may request additional information or suggest an on-site consultation.

Consultations typically last ninety minutes and include a walkthrough, condition observations, and discussion of regulatory requirements. We provide written notes summarizing our observations and suggested next steps.
